What is Divi Form Builder​

Divi Form Builder adds a Form module to the Visual Builder so you can create contact forms, custom forms, post/product submission forms, and user registration forms without leaving the builder. Configure fields, email notifications, redirects, and spam protection from the module settings.

Key capabilities​

  • Form types: Contact, Custom, Post/Product/CPT submission, Edit Post, User registration
  • Field types: Text, email, textarea, select, radio, checkbox, file upload, date, and more
  • Email: Customizable email templates and recipient settings
