Overview​

Divi Form Builder provides Visual Builder modules for building forms and frontend edit/delete actions:

Before using module references​

Confirm these first:

  • You are working in the Visual Builder
  • For forms: you added the Form module and selected the correct Form Type
  • For edit/delete: you added the Edit Post Button module on a template with a resolvable post context
  • You added at least one Form Field child module when building a form

Form module​

The Form module is the main Form Builder module. It has three tabs in the Visual Builder:

  • Content — Form type, form ID, fields list, main options, price, layout (AJAX, submit, preloader), multistep, email, notices, redirects, spam, extra (Bloom, Zapier), PDF, and AI
  • Design — Typography, colors, spacing, buttons, preloader, payment styling, multistep progress, captcha, modal overlay, and standard Divi design groups
  • Advanced — Attributes, CSS, conditions, visibility, transition, position, and scroll

The Form module supports:

  • Form types: Contact, Custom, Post/Product/CPT, User registration, Login
  • Fields: Text, email, textarea, select, radio, checkbox, file upload, date, step, and more (add via Add New Form Field in the Content tab)
  • Behavior: Email notifications, redirects, success/error messages, spam protection, multistep, payments, PDF generation, optional Form AI
  • Design: Layout and styling via the Design tab and standard Divi options

Edit Post Button module​

The Edit Post Button is a standalone module (not a Form child). Use it on Theme Builder templates or loops to edit or delete the current post. See the Edit Post Button module reference and the Edit post feature guide.

Verify your module setup​

  1. Save and view the page on the frontend.
  2. Submit one test entry (or click edit/delete as an eligible user).
  3. Confirm the outcome matches the selected form type or button action.
