Account Page

The account page is automatically created and you do not need to do anything to get it working. The page can be accessed at yourdomain.com/account.

note

If the Divi Membership account area does not appear at your chosen slug, please reset the permalinks in the WordPress Settings section.

Account Pages & Their Function

1. Membership: This page allows a user to view which membership they're currently subscribed to along with details regarding the subscription and payment. The user is also able to cancel their membership here.
2. Invoices: The user can download PDF invoices which are automatically generated. For information on how to customise these PDFs click HERE.
3. Payment Methods: The payment method that the user used will be visible here. For Stripe, the user will be able to review their payment method. For PayPal the user will be shown a link to manage their payment methods within their PayPal account.
4. Edit Account: This page allows users to update their account details including their Name, Email, Address and Password.

Design Options

We offer a number of design options for the account page. These can be found within the Membership Settings > Design > Account Design page. Here you will find settings for the Navigation, General Content Style, Table Style, Input Style and Button Styling.
