Hiding a Form After Submission in Divi Form Builder
Introduction
The Divi Form Builder module includes a feature that allows you to hide the form after it has been successfully submitted. This enhances user experience by clearly indicating that their submission has been received and prevents them from attempting to submit the form multiple times.
Steps to Enable Hide Form After Submission:
Access the Form Builder Module:
- Open the Divi Form Builder module on the page or post where your form is located.
- Within the Form Builder module settings, click on the Content tab to access various content-related settings.
- In the Content tab, scroll down to find the Main Options section.
- Ensure that the Ajax Submission option is enabled. This setting allows the form to submit data without reloading the page, which is necessary for hiding the form after submission
- Just below the Ajax Submission option, enable the Hide form after submission setting. This will automatically hide the form from view once the user successfully submits it.
Additional Tips
To enhance the user experience, consider adding a success message or redirecting users to a thank-you page after submission. This provides clear feedback that their submission was successful. After enabling this feature, test the form submission process to ensure the form hides as expected and that users receive the appropriate feedback upon submission.
