Overview

Mega Menu panels are Divi layouts. You can use any Divi module inside a mega menu. The plugin also adds modules in the Visual Builder folder Divi Mega Menu:

Module	What it does	When to use it
Mega Drop-down	Nested WordPress menu inside the panel	Shop categories or multi-level lists
Mega Tabs	Tabbed columns (vertical or horizontal)	Category columns with hover or click
Tab	One tab title, icon, and body	Child of Mega Tabs only

There is no separate “Mega Menu” module. The mega menu post (or a Global Canvas) is the panel.

How the pieces work together

1. Create a mega menu and assign it to a menu item.
2. Design the layout in the Visual Builder.
3. Add Mega Tabs or Mega Drop-down only when you need those patterns.

Placement

Mega Tabs and Mega Drop-down are intended for mega menus assigned to a WordPress menu item. They are not supported on tooltip-style triggers that use only a CSS class on a Divi module.
