Reporting

Overview

The Reporting hub gives you one place to review what happened after form submissions: entry volume, flagged entries, blocked spam attempts, AI-related entries, payment totals, revenue trends, and data-management tools.

In Divi 5, this reporting area is split across:

  • Reports (overview cards, charts, recent and flagged entries, export, and cleanup tools)
  • Form Entries (per-form entry views and summaries)
  • Form AI Entries (AI-specific entry history)
  • Form Payments (payment records tied to form submissions)
  • Payment Reports (payment and revenue analytics)

Prerequisites

Before reporting data appears, confirm the following:

  1. You are using a form that receives real submissions.
  2. Save To Database is enabled in your Form module.
  3. You have submitted at least one test entry from the front end.
  4. For payment analytics, at least one payment-enabled form has completed test or live transactions.

If Save To Database is off, reporting pages can load with little or no useful data because submissions are not stored as entries.

Where to find reporting pages

Open Divi Form Builder settings in WordPress admin, then use:

  • Overview -> Reports for charts, trends, flagged review, export, and cleanup.
  • Entries -> Form Entries for form-by-form submission history and summaries.
  • Entries -> Form AI Entries for AI-related submission records.
  • Entries -> Form Payments for payment entry records.
  • Overview -> Payment Reports for payment totals and revenue analytics.

Reporting hub architecture

Reports dashboard

Use this as your first stop for a date-based snapshot:

  • High-level stat cards (entries, flagged, blocked, AI entries, payments, revenue)
  • Trend charts and analytics
  • Recent entries and flagged entries review
  • Data management actions for export, entry deletion, and spam cleanup

Entries and review workflows

Use dedicated entry pages when you need deeper investigation:

  • Form-specific entries and summaries
  • AI-specific entry history
  • Payment-related entry records

Data management workflows

Use the management tools for operational tasks:

  • Export filtered data to CSV
  • Delete entry sets using filters and confirmation
  • Manage spam states and clear tracking noise
  1. Start in Reports to identify trends or anomalies.
  2. Open Form Entries (or Form AI Entries) to inspect affected records.
  3. Use Form Payments and Payment Reports for payment-specific validation.
  4. Export data before large cleanup actions when you need an audit copy.

Verify your reporting setup

Run this quick check after setup:

  1. Submit a test form with Save To Database enabled.
  2. Confirm totals increase in Reports.
  3. Confirm the new record appears in Form Entries.
  4. If payments are enabled, confirm updates in Form Payments and Payment Reports.

What's Next

  • Review Form module settings to confirm Save To Database and submission behavior.
  • Configure Spam protection to improve flagged and blocked accuracy.
  • Continue with Form payments for gateway setup before validating payment analytics.
