Form AI Entries
Purpose
Use Form AI Entries to review submissions created by AI-enabled form workflows and inspect saved values at the form level.
Prerequisites
- Enable Save To Database on forms that use Form AI.
- Configure your AI settings and submit real test entries.
- Open Divi Form Builder -> Entries -> Form AI Entries.
What you can do
- Open a list of forms with AI entry data.
- Select a form to view its saved AI entries.
- Review entry payloads and submission history.
- Delete single entries, delete selected entries, or clear all entries for the form.
Basic workflow
- Open Form AI Entries.
- Select a form from the list.
- Review entries and open any row for full detail.
- Perform cleanup actions only after confirming you no longer need the data.
Verification checklist
- Forms with AI submissions appear in the list.
- Selecting a form opens a detail table with AI-related fields.
- Bulk and single-delete actions complete and refresh counts.
Common issues and limits
- Empty page: AI forms are not saving to database, or no submissions were made.
- Wrong form selected from URL hash: return to form list and re-open the target form.
- Unexpected missing rows: pagination and filters can hide older entries.
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
