Manage Entries
Purpose
Use Manage Entries to remove saved submissions with safety checks, including preview counts and confirmation prompts.
Prerequisites
- Entries exist in the database.
- Open Reports -> Data Management -> Delete Entries.
- Know exactly which entries can be removed.
What you can do
- Filter by form.
- Filter by status (all, clean, flagged, confirmed spam, confirmed clean).
- Optionally filter by date range.
- See live preview count before deleting.
- Delete only matching entries.
- Use Delete All Entries in the danger zone for full wipe.
Safe deletion workflow
- Set form, status, and optional date filters.
- Confirm preview count matches your intent.
- Click Delete X Entries.
- Type
DELETEin the confirmation modal. - Confirm and wait for success message.
Delete-all workflow
- Use Delete All Entries in the danger zone.
- Review the warning and total count.
- Type
DELETEand confirm.
Verification checklist
- Preview updates when filters change.
- Success message includes deleted count.
- Entry totals refresh after completion.
- Related tables no longer show removed entries.
Common issues and limits
- Delete button disabled: preview count is zero.
- Unexpected scope: clear filters and re-check preview before confirming.
- Network error during delete: retry after refreshing preview.
- All delete actions are permanent and cannot be undone.
