The Custom Form type is strictly intended for developers and requires custom PHP code. If you are looking to create a standard contact form, please use the Contact Form type instead. The Custom Form type should only be used if you need to add advanced custom functionality.

We do not offer support for custom code, including code that leverages our hooks or the Custom Form type. If you identify a bug within the custom form, we are happy to assist with that.
