Overview​

The Author Filter in Divi Loop Extender lets you limit or expand loop results based on who created the content. This feature is ideal for editorial workflows, user dashboards, or team-specific collections.

Where to find it​

  1. In the Divi 5 builder, select the section, row, or module that contains your Loop Element.
  2. Open the Loop accordion.
  3. Scroll to the Filter by Author dropdown in the loop settings.

  • Editorial archive: Combine the author filter with Post Status = Published and Order By = Publish Date to build a public contributor page.

Integration tips​

  • Combine with taxonomy filters to restrict results further by category or tag.
