Free Trials
The Free Trials tab is at WordPress Admin → Divi Engine → Divi Membership → Free Trials. These settings control how free trials work and how often users can use them.

Require Payment Method (Global) (global_trial_require_payment) | Toggle | on | When on (and behavior is Global), users must enter a payment method at signup; card is charged when trial ends. When off, they can sign up without a card and are prompted before trial ends. |
| Grace Period Days | Number 0–30 | 3 | Days after trial ends before subscription expires when no payment method is on file. During this period, the user can receive emails to add a payment method. 0 disables grace period. |
| Trial Restriction | Select | per_plan | none: no restriction (unlimited trials). per_plan: one trial per plan per user. per_user: one trial per user across all plans. |
| Check Trial Usage By Email | Toggle | on | When on, trial usage is checked by email as well as user ID to reduce abuse (e.g. same email, different accounts). |
| Trial Already Used Message | Textarea | (long default) | Message shown on the signup form when the user has already used their trial for that plan (or site, if restriction is per_user). |
