Feature Overview

Introduction​

Divi Membership covers: membership plans and pricing, payments (Stripe and PayPal), free trials, coupons, the member account area, member-only content, reports, and Divi modules (signup form, login, plan switcher, and more). This page links you to where each is set up and explained.

Feature categories​

Member account​

The member account is where members see their plan, pay or update cards, switch plans, renew, cancel, and download invoices. Set the account URL in Divi Engine → Divi Membership → Endpoints, and how it looks in Account Design (navigation, content, tables, buttons). The account page guide covers switching plans, resubscribing, and the cancel message.

Payments and Stripe​

Stripe supports cards and other payment methods. You can turn on an older checkout style if you need to collect a billing address at checkout. Members can manage saved cards from their account.

Free trials and coupons​

  • Free trials — How long the trial lasts, whether to ask for a card at signup, and how trials show in the account and admin.
  • Coupons — Create discount codes (percent or fixed amount), set limits and expiry, and see usage in Reports.

Reporting​

See revenue, signups, and coupon usage with charts and date filters. Go to Divi Engine → Divi Membership → Reports.

Invoices​

Members get PDF invoices for their payments and can download them from the account. Set how invoices work and look under Divi Engine → Divi Membership → General (Invoice) and Divi Engine → Divi Membership → Invoice Design.

Email notifications​

Set up automatic emails (welcome, payment received, trial reminders, cancellation, etc.) in Divi Engine → Divi Membership → Email Notifications.

Subscription management​

You and your members can manage subscriptions, trials, and cancellations. Members can switch plans, resubscribe, and (with Stripe) add or remove saved cards.

Member management​

View and manage members, add multiple people to a plan at once, and set which fields appear on signup. Divi Engine → Divi Membership → Bulk Assign adds selected members to a plan from the Members list.

Module conditions​

Show or hide Divi sections (or rows/modules) depending on whether the visitor is a member or has access to the content.

Divi modules​

Add signup forms, login, plan switcher, member lists, and more to your Divi pages. Each module has its own reference page.
