Debug Tools

What it does​

Debug Tools help you prove whether Nitro is involved in a front-end problem without deactivating the plugin.

Where to find it​

Divi Engine → Nitro Settings → Debug Tools

Options​

Temporarily disable all performance features​

Turns Nitro’s performance features off while the plugin stays active and licensed. Use this as the first step in Nitro broke my site.

  1. Enable the temporary disable option.
  2. View the site logged out (incognito).
  3. If the problem disappears, Nitro settings are involved — clear caches, then re-enable features one at a time (or apply the Safe preset).

Page Cache debug logging​

Optional logging for Page Cache serve/bypass decisions. When enabled:

  1. Reproduce the page visit logged out.
  2. Open the log viewer in Nitro.
  3. Copy or export the log for your own notes or for support.

Turn debug logging off when you are finished. Leave temporary disable off on production once the site is healthy.
