Lazy Rendering
What it does
Lazy Rendering delays painting Divi sections that are far below the fold so long pages feel faster on first load. It is opt-in and is included in the Aggressive performance preset. When Page Cache is on, Nitro can remember below-the-fold sections for a better first paint on cache HITs.

Where to find it
Divi Engine → Nitro Settings (Lazy Rendering)
When to use it
- Long landing pages with many sections
- After Safe/Balanced setups are stable
- When you specifically want Aggressive-level rendering behavior
When to turn it off
- Content below the fold appears blank until scroll and never paints
- Animation or sticky sections behave oddly
- Early step in Nitro broke my site if layouts look incomplete
