PDF Invoice Generation

Purpose and when to use​

Divi Membership generates PDF invoices on demand when members download them from the account. This keeps data consistent across payment gateways and ensures invoices reflect the latest information. You can control behaviour and branding in two places in settings.

Invoice settings (General)​

  1. Go to Divi Engine → Divi Membership → Invoice.
  2. Configure options such as invoice numbering, company details, and what appears on the PDF. The settings are self-explanatory in the UI.

Invoice design (Design)​

  1. Go to Divi Engine → Divi Membership → Invoice Design.
  2. Adjust text colors and styling for the various elements in the PDF (headings, body text, borders, etc.).
